LBM series dry rolling granulatorIt is a utility model powder dry granulation equipment developed by our company by absorbing advanced foreign powder granulation technology. It adopts dry extrusion technology to compress powder with a moisture content of less than 10% into flakes. During the rolling process, the actual density of the material can increase by 1.5-3 times to meet certain strength requirements. Then, through crushing, granulation, and screening processes, the flake like materials are transformed into granular materials that meet the requirements for use. The powder raw materials can be directly processed into uniform particles of 0.5-5mm without any additives by this equipment, greatly increasing the bulk density of the materials, thereby reducing consumption, controlling environmental pollution, reducing packaging costs, and improving the working environment for workers.
Working principle
Powdered materials are quantitatively and uniformly added to the main hopper of the rolling mill to maintain a constant material level. Then, the longitudinal conical spiral in the main hopper of the rolling mill pre compresses the powder and transports it to the arc-shaped groove of two pressure rollers. The material is bitten into the groove and compressed instantly. After compression forming, the pressure it bears gradually decreases. Under its elasticity and gravity, the material falls off from the groove and enters the crushing and granulation system. According to the user's particle size requirements, it is sieved and graded to obtain uniform granular products that meet quality requirements. Sift out the powder and return it to the hopper for recycling. (During compaction, granular material is compacted between two counter rotating rollers, and a binder can be used for compaction.)

- 6. The feeding and feeding device adopts variable frequency stepless adjustment control, with high degree of automation, capable of controlling multiple machines by one person, low labor intensity, and long-term continuous operation.

The main transmission components are made of high-quality alloy materials, stainless steel materials, titanium materials, chromium and other surface alloys, greatly improving wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and pressure resistance, making the machine have a longer service life.
